Sacred Paths
Meet Angell Deer
“Just being the seeker, somebody whose open to spiritual enlightenment, is in itself the important thing and it’s the reward for being a seeker in this world.”
— WALTER ISAACSON
Angell Deer is a mystic, medicine man, permaculturist, beekeeper, international speaker, and lover of all forms of life. He has dedicated his life to remembering, learning, and teaching ancient wisdom through the lineages of Andean Cosmology and Norse Shamanism. His passion is to weave words and stories, people and places, darkness and light, wounds and love, ancient and modern wisdom. Deeply committed to the healing of this world, he is heartbrokenly inspired by our shared humanity. He likes to dwell in the adventurous space of not-knowing, learning from his elders the mystery and magic of creation, in the never-ending inquiry into a spiritual way of life. He is often found on the land of The Sanctuary in awe of the myceliumystic connections of life, tending to the trees and animals, and praying for a world where relationships, community,
and deep care for life is a reality.
Our Mission
Our mission is to restore the health and wellbeing of anyone who walked onto our sacred land, the land of the Sacred White Deer, through alternative treatments and ancient sacred medicine. Our mission is to facilitate healing, but also to teach our guests a better approach to their own health, their relationship with Self and with the Earth. We are here not only to improve their individual health, but we aim to improve the lives of our communities, families and all our relations on Earth.
Our Social & Environmental Engagement
Our commitment to social and environmental justice is fully aligned with our mission (restoring the health and wellbeing of anyone who walked onto our sacred land). Through constant assessment of our footprint on the Earth, we have taken numerous steps to not only reduce our impact but also support a thriving environment. Our efforts have been rewarded by multiple certifications. This support deeply our mission to not only improve individual health but to improve the lives of our communities, families and all our relations on Earth.
"We are the watchers. We are witnesses. We see what has gone before. We see what happens now, at this dangerous moment in human history. We see what's going to happen - what will surely happen - unless we come together: we - the Peoples of all Nations - to restore peace and harmony and balance to the Earth, our Mother."
